This role is with one of our exclusive clients and a locally-based retail chain with operations in 16 counties.
This is a role for an experienced Contact Centre Advisor to work in a busy contact centre environment.
Your working hours will on a rota to covering hours of 8am - 10:00pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4pm.
As a Contact Centre Advisor your responsibilities will be:
- Overall responsibility for managing all online leads, including general enquiries and new sales enquiries
- Accurately recording and re-diarising telephone conversations or call attempts with the view of appointing customers, using the CRM
- Liaising with Sales Managers to ensure leads and appointments are channelled through to the right teams in a timely manner
- Prospective calls to end-of-term leads, with the aim of re-appointment
- Confirming and booking appointments with the Sales Management Team and reconfirming with the customer
- Providing feedback on call outcomes to drive improvements to the business process
- Updating conversion figures to ensure sales conversion rates meet the set standards
- Assisting with management of inbound leads from specific seasonal campaigns/events
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will need:
- Good PC, literacy and telephone skills
- Have excellent customer service and sales skills
- Confident communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiastic work attitude
- Be a team player
