Description

Our client is a major international organisation who pride themselves on being one of the most progressive businesses n their field.
We are currently working with a client seeking an experienced sales professional who can call and convert warm leads into sales.

The role will require an individual who is capable of translating a series of well-defined needs into a programme of recommendations which would enable our potential clients to solve their current shortfalls.

You will be an individual who can push the boundaries with their levels of commitment to ensure all our client’s enquiries have been contacted.
Although this is outgoing sales calls, the conversations are not cold as we have a backlog of potential clients who have shown interest in our client’s portfolio of products/solutions, and there is a consistent stream of warm leads enquiries to call and discuss, your only real challenge is ensuring every lead is contacted while they are still warm.

You will be checking in on customers who have expressed an interest through the company's website and have provided some additional important information on the specific areas they are interested in finding out more.

The successful candidates for this role will be capable of taking a consultative approach with their customers to question deeper into the subjects and allow them to help their potential clients make an informed decision.

Ideally you will have previous experience working to targets and a track-record of success but if you have the right attitude, characteristics, hunger and desire to succeed then full training will be given to help bring the best out in you.
You will be able to demonstrate you are highly motivated to succeed within a phone based sales environment and be confident working alongside individuals in the team who have been consistently successful in the business over a long period of time.

Basic salary is between £23,000 - £25,000 and a generous commission package means on-target achievers can earn in excess of £60,000 per annum.
Typical hours are 9am – 6pm, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm, 5 days per week with optional overtime at the weekend.
